(1) The Board shall submit an annual report to the Government of Nepal within three months from the end of each financial year including the following items:-
(a) Statement of Income and Expenditure of the Board,
(b) Details of the work done by you during the year and the administrative expenses incurred for the same,
(c) The next year's action plan and the estimated budget required for the same and its resources,
(d) Other details as specified.
(2) The Government of Nepal shall cause the Board to publish the report as per sub-section (1) every year.
